What sets us apart is our ability to provide forensic time-based reconstructions of your transaction-level data. What this means is that if you can supply us with an extract of raw data, we can show you what your population/caseload/other levels were on a monthly/daily/hourly basis going back in time.
For instance, in 2023, we assisted an Arizona police department in their quest to assess the capacity needs of their booking department. Our analysts took the department's raw data and developed a population count, broken by gender and charge level, for every hour across a 5-year period. The analysis examined 41,000 operational hours, and required billions of calculations.
At the end of the day, two related truths emerge:
